Pop-Up 10 Pounds Sockeye Salmon Filets
Our Sockeye Filets range in weight from 1-2 pounds each. A single filet serves up to 5 people.
They come with the skin on and are individually vacuum sealed and flash frozen on site directly after being caught.
Our filets do have pin-bones, which are small and easy to remove; you can find instructions to remove pin-bones on our Blog!
Filets should be kept frozen until ready to eat. To thaw either place in the refrigerator overnight or place in a sink with cold water while still in the vacuum sealed bag. Warm or hot water can dilute the flavor and color of the salmon. Filets can be cooked frozen and should just be cooked for 20% additional cooking time!
